Yes. The offsets you set are applied to every page in the document. There is no per-page or range-based cropping.
Will cropping reduce my file quality?
No. Cropping adjusts the page boundary box and leaves the images and text data completely untouched, so quality is unaffected and the file size barely changes.
Does cropping delete the hidden content?
