These terms govern your access to and use of the PdfPix website and browser tools. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By visiting, accessing, or using pdfpix.uthakkan.in("PdfPix", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
You represent that you are at least 13 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into these terms. If you are using PdfPix on behalf of a company, organization, or school, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. License to Use & Service Model
Subject to these Terms, PdfPix grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, revocable license to access and use our web application for personal, educational, or commercial document processing workflows.
PdfPix is provided as a free utility. We do not require paid subscriptions, recurring fees, or account registration. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
3. Your Content & Intellectual Property
You retain 100% of all intellectual property rights, copyright, and ownership in the documents, files, and images you process through PdfPix.
Because our application operates client-side in your local browser memory, you do not transfer, grant, or license any rights in your documents to PdfPix. We do not view, claim title to, distribute, or store your documents on any server.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all legal rights, authorizations, and permissions to possess, modify, convert, or sign any documents processed using our tools.
4. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using the service for any illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or availability of our edge network (e.g. launching DDoS attacks).
- Deploying malicious scrapers, automated spiders, or exploit scripts designed to overload serverless resources.
- Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering proprietary aspects of the web application beyond the terms of open-source component licenses.
- Attempting to bypass security measures, rate limits, or bot protection mechanisms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
PDFPIX IS PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, BUG-FREE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, NOR DO WE WARRANT THAT CONVERTED FILES OR EXTRACTED DATA WILL ACHIEVE 100% VISUAL FIDELITY OR SATISFY STATUTORY EVIDENTIARY REQUIREMENTS IN ANY COURT.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PDFPIX, ITS CREATOR MUHAMMED AJMAL U K, UTHAKKAN, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA CORRUPTION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR HARDWARE MALFUNCTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
BECAUSE PDFPIX IS OFFERED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10.00 USD).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PdfPix, its founder, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the tools.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kerala, India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kerala, India.
9. Modifications & Inquiries
We may revise these Terms periodically. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of PdfPix constitutes acceptance of amended terms.
