PdfPix respects intellectual property rights and adheres to the provisions of Title 17 of the United States Code, Section 512 (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

1. Scope of This Policy
This DMCA Policy applies to content hosted directly by PdfPix on our website (pdfpix.uthakkan.in), such as blog publications, educational guides, graphical trademarks, documentation, and source code assets.
If you believe in good faith that materials hosted on our site infringe upon your copyrighted works, you may submit a formal notification of claimed infringement pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).
2. Requirements of a Valid DMCA Notice
To be effective, your written notification must include substantially the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g. direct URLs).
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If content you posted on PdfPix (such as a guest article or public community comment) was removed as a result of a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may send our designated agent a written Counter-Notification complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10 to 14 business days unless the original complaining party files a court action seeking a restraining order.
